Crashes continuously!!!

I chose to ignore negative reviews and assumed the users were using the app incorrectly. I wasted $10. This app crashes every time. I get a black blank screen where only the mouse pointer works. I am guessing Windows 8 is not properly tested even though they claim that it is.
DO NOT BUY until they fix their problems.
